Stage 2: First Working Workflow

Scope:

• keep the temporary WAHA WhatsApp integration live
• choose the v1 email path
• keep the operator review queue running
• keep the holding-response behavior running
• define the first knowledge source for TV Mount Australia

Working now:

• WAHA paired and posting to n8n
• n8n production intake webhook active
• local operator queue API active on cbr-sh-n8n01
• synthetic intake tests successful

Remaining work in Stage 2:

• move from synthetic verification to a real inbound client message
• choose and wire the v1 email/operator notification path

• decide whether to move queue persistence from local SQLite to PostgreSQL before Stage 3
